All of our craft products are made in Morocco by hand. If an item is out of stock, the customer is immediately informed of the delivery time of the latter.
If the product is unsatisfactory, it must be rejected at the time of delivery to be eligible for the free return. Otherwise, the return is on the customer's account. It is important to check the parcel upon receipt in the presence of the delivery agent.
Items not satisfactory or under warranty must be returned in their original condition, and returned at your expense. Refund requests are only possible within 7 days of ordering, after which, replacement is possible. For deliveries outside Morocco, reimbursement requests can be submitted before the order is shipped. For wholesale orders of more than 10 pairs of slippers, only part of the amount can be refunded (50% of the order)
