All of our handcraft products are made in Morocco by hand. In the event that an item is out of stock, the customer is immediately informed of the time of delivery of the latter.

If item is unsatisfactory, it must be rejected at the time of delivery to be eligible for a free return. Otherwise, the return is on the account of the customer. It is important to check the package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery agent.

Items unsatisfactory or under warranty, must be returned in original condition, and return at your expense. Refund requests are only possible within 7 days of ordering, after which, exchange is possible. For deliveries outside Morocco, payment requests can be made before the order is shipped. For wholesale orders of more than 10 pairs of slippers, only a partial refund (50% of the order) is possible
